Tried a couple of them with my son. It uses logic effectively. It’s also a great logic teacher - it allows you to make a move only if the clues are sufficient to infer the move.

I like games/puzzles which inherently limit how much time you spend with it - this one takes less than 10 minutes typically and you only get one puzzle per day.
